African Lifestyle for a Soccer Player

The Soccer House

Modern Villas designed this amazing waterfront house for an African soccer player, playing in one of Europe’s premier football clubs.

The house features:

. an amazing master suite, occupying the entire left wing of the upper floor. Starting with a generous bedroom (enjoying amazing waterfront views), a bathroom with his-and-hers sinks as well as a double walk-in shower and freestanding bathtub, and a make-up area complete with minibar and coffee corner. Behind the master suite’s private elevator, an amazing wardrobe that can compete with any high-end fashion shop: offering both closed and glass-fronted sections as well as dedicated areas for sunglass and watch collections, shoes, etc. Finally, a private TV room allows the couple to watch a movie in all privacy.

– poolside areas to die for. Outside, an amazing poolscape connects the house visually to the waterfront. Multiple sitting lounges, firepits, jacuzzi, outdoors cinema connect the main terrace to the waterfront quay where the owner and guests can moor their yachts. On the rooftop, a second area allows for more entertaining and sunbathing (complete with plunge pool) or stargazing. Finally, the kids’ rooms, as well as the spa, are located around an inner “lagoon” style pool which refreshes visually as well as physically.

– entertainment areas: on the ground floor, one finds a double lounge, a trophy corner, a stately dining room with gourmet kitchen (with an industrial, African kitchen and staff rooms hidden just behind it); a bar-cum-snooker room as well as an enclosed family TV lounge

– on the first floor, a spectacular connecting bridge leads to the owner’s office and a designer home cinema. – 7 additional suites for the children, all around the inner lagoon; plus a playroom so even the kids can entertain themselves (or guests) without disturbing the parents;

– sports: of course, a professional gym as well as a beautiful spa with large sauna and jacuzzis and chill out area.

– We’re not even going to mention the prestigious entrance gate which hides a garage for 5 cars as well as some guest apartments.
