Traditionally, architects and engineers work in 2D. Dozens of plans – architectural, structural, electrical, lighting, ventilation, and so on – are designed separately by different engineers and must then manually be compared by the builder.
That means that conflicts and mistakes are usually found out when it´s too late – on the build site.
Luxury Architects use engineers that virtually build each and every component in 3D. Beams, plumbing, air ducts, lighting fixtures, are added to our architecture model so conflicts can be resolved and detected before building starts.
That means the building gets built better. Faster, without mistakes, and without any budget overruns due to unexpected issues.

Engineering is outsourced to specialists – as needed. For some projects, we use the world´s top structural engineers so we can build things that may seem impossible.
Others don´t require that and it can be more efficient to have a good local builder or engineer handle this. Your needs will determine who we´ll use.
We love to design everything – exteriors, interiors, landscaping, furniture – creating a totally coherent look for the house.
But it´s up to you. Some clients only want the design and can handle the rest with their local partners.
